1. It is possible to redirect the approval if the approver was on leave/holiday?
2. And is there a way as well once the request was submitted to the approver he/she can choose the next approver?

Yes, there are a couple of ways to structure it.

One way could be to have a Master Contact sheet connected to the main sheet, and when someone is on leave, it will show/change the contact in the main sheet.

You could also add another column to the Main sheet, and if it's not empty, it should be used instead of the standard one.

Good day!

How about for question #2 if its possible for the approver to choose the next approver for example there is a request and it was sent to the email of the 1st approver on that email the 1st approver will have an option approved or to choose the next approver? It is possible?

Thanks for your patience!

Unfortunately, it's not possible with an Approval Request, but as a workaround, you could maybe use an Update Request instead, and then it could work.
