Can a saved mapping be sent as an email attachment?

Hi, i created a mapping of a pdf fillable form. Is it possible to send that mapped form as an email attachment when a new record is added?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to automate it, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You can add a workflow that triggers from an added attachment, so when you add a Document Builder PDF to a row, it would trigger and send a message with the attachment/link included.

Make sense?

I'll try to clarify.

1. Create a Workflow with an Alert that triggers from an added attachment
2. Use the Document Builder to add attachments to the rows
3. That triggers the Workflow and send out the message with the link to the document

Does that clarify?

Sounds like this has to be done manually for each new record. That will not work

Yes, unfortunately, at the moment, it has to be done manually, but you can do it for 100 rows at once if that helps?
