#Invalid Operation - Referencing another sheet

I am having trouble with this error. Pulling data from a sheet with same column names.

(dumbing my equation down for simplicity)

{Master Daily Job Log Range 1} = Date Column in Master sheet.

{Master Daily Job Log Range 2} = Job Overview Column in Master sheet.

Equation in my Yesterday's Job Report Sheet

=IF({Master Daily Job Log Range 1} = Date@row, {Master Daily Job Log Range 2}, "")

SOLVED. I figured out my error, shouldn't have been using an IF statement. Used VLOOKUP and pointed to separate sheets and not my master summary sheet.
