Updating Master Sheet across forms

Hello,

I am creating several forms that must link and update a Master Sheet. The Status column must be updated as the process moves through the forms. Is there a way to link the current status on the Master Sheet? I know it can be done, but since it involves several forms I would like to know if there's a way to do so.

Also, is there a way to duplicate rows based on a field entered on a form? For example, if in the field 2 is selected, the row will be duplicated.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

This is the column that must update automatically as the process moves through the forms (10 forms are involved in the process):

Cell linking would not be an option in this situation due to the amount of forms.
