How can I have automation emails include hyperlinks to individual line items?

I have an automation that distributes ball-in-court tasks to each team member. These emails come with a generic link back to the smartsheet the automation originated from, but I'd prefer that each line-item hyperlinked back to that line-item in the worksheet for optimal work flow.

Hi @Colby

If you use the Send Row feature, this will link back to the specific row where the manual alert came from. Additionally, comments using the @mention feature to send an alert will link back to the specific row that contains the comment.

However there currently isn't a feature to link back to a specific row if the automation is set up from a workflow; there could potentially be a number of rows included in one alert. Please let our Product team know about your request by filling in this form, here!
