How can I make a single row of information appear as a page/single sheet

I have set up my smartsheet

I have created a form for data collection into my smartsheet

I have automation to check / populate fields

But....... I cannot find a way to display a single row, with all this information as a single page to view. This can be in a report but a page per row or culd be a dashboard or........

The background is the stakeholders in a project submit a weekly written report. There are 5 stakeholders. Then at the weekly project board their information has to be displayed in turn for them to discuss through with the board memebers.

Everything I know who to do, or can find, either reports by rows (too long to keep scrolling right) or is charts or data from the sheet.

ideally I want to filter on a particular date (Monday of the week e.g. 12th July 2021 then next week 19th July 2021) and just have the rows selected by the filter / or manually selected, to be able to be presented as a screen / page / sheet at a time.

So from tis linear representation......

.........to a single event page/sheet/ screen presentation (this is just an example of page each not the exact way it needs to look)

Did the Document Builder feature help? I do not see how it would but maybe I am missing something.

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback and YES the document builder to generate a pdf worked and we now use this in lots of ways.

For example:

a customer fills in a smartsheet form

a pdf document is generated by automation and emailed back to the customer

the customer prints off and inserts into the package they are sending us

brilliant
