Form Link in Automation

Hi,

I have a form that I created based off a sheet. I am wanting to send the link to the form in and automatic request from another sheet.

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Hi @gmb-nps-xofigo88916,

I would create an "Alert Someone" workflow and in the body of the message, paste the URL to the form and select "Message Only" under the message includes portion. The part will ensure no fields are sent from the current sheet.
