Having an error opening a tracker this seems to be the only one affected
Can someone assist with how I can get this resolved. I have put in a ticket but haven't heard back.

There's a number of initial troubleshooting steps to try:
- What browser version are you using and is it up-to-date?
- Does this sheet load on other browsers?
- Can you try connecting to a different network?
- Does this happen for all shared users or just one?
- Try disconnecting all your browser extensions, does the sheet load now?

If this is happening for all users accessing the same sheet across multiple browsers, networks, and computers, it's possible that the sheet itself is too complex. Once you've gained access to the sheet, you may want to consider ways of simplifying it, see: Issue: Smartsheet Is Slow to Load or Save
