Form Pre-populated Fields

Hi - I am wondering if there is a way to auto populate a form with weekly recurring project status reporting fields to reduce repeat data entry for our reporters.

i.e. project name/start date/end date/client.

• Can a form be automated for pre-population in specific fields say by selecting project name in a drop down?

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• We could use the URL-query feature to replicate the form but from the sheet.

When you click on the URL created with the help of the URL query, it will open the Form layout with fields already filled in.

• You could potentially use update requests
