Approval Request Workflow Hyperlink via Google Integration

Hello,

Does anyone know how to include a hyperlink within an approval request workflow via Google Hangouts/Chat? The only solution I have come up with is including the URL into the comments section, but it is not clickable in chat, only email. Otherwise you have to copy and paste it. Thanks!

You are correct, currently URLs appear as plain text through the Smartsheet Bot in Hangouts. Having your URL appear as text that your users can copy/paste is what I would do. Please let our Product team know about your feedback on the bot by filling in this form, here!
