How to turn Forms into singular project plans

We currently are using forms for content requests. However, we also have a content project plan template. Is it possible to export a content request we got from a form into a project plan template? If so how? and If not, Are there any workarounds?

Yes, but not automatically without a premium app.

You could have what I call an Intake Process (Form), and then that would be connected to a Project Template and sheet, and more. You'd input a project id or similar to collect the information to the project sheet.

Another option that is fantastic and can be automated would be the Premium App, Control Center. Is that an option?
