Rows to multiple Smartsheets
I have a master file where it is multiple rows, what I need is make each row as individual smartsheet and whenever I update the Row in a master file the changes should also reflect in the respective individual smartsheet. Please assist me.

Hi @Giri
I hope you're well and safe!
You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi @Andrée Starå - Thank you for reviewing.
If in case I add the attachments to the rows in the source sheet will it get added to the destination sheet when I use the cross sheet function. Please assist.
-
Please someone help me on this request.
-
Happy to help!
Unfortunately, no the attachments aren't synced. You'd need to use a 3rd party integration or the Smartsheet API. Another option could be to copy over the row when attachments are added.
Would that work/help?

@Andrée Starå - yes when ever the data changed or attached/comments added in to the row, the entire row can be copied automatically to the respective destination sheet by replacing the old row. Please assist me how to do that
-
It will not "replace" the old row, but it would add a new row to the sheet.

@Andrée Starå - thats fine. please let me know how we can add the row to respective destination sheet.

You'd use a copy row workflow.
