Time Keep Formula

Hi There

Hoping you can help me out with this one.

I'm trying to create a Time Keeping Register for my Company.

I have created a Unique ID card with a QR code.

I have created a spreadsheet for each Project, where they can scan the QR code onto Smartsheets with a date & time stamp. See below Screen Shot.

Now comes the hard part.

I'm looking for a formula

to determine the hours they worked.
This spreadsheet will be duplicated on other site.
- Now I need the various spreadsheets to summarize on one sheet or report for my HR Department.

Is this possible?

Is there a formula that will help me Calculate the hours worked by Employee on the various days.

Maybe have a separate sheet per employee that calculates his hrs. But how do I differentiate the time he clocked in and the time he clocked out.

How many times can they register each day? Only in and out?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
