Automation Not Allowing Alerts to Contacts in Specific Fields + Form Not Adding Lines to the Sheet
Hello,
I have a 2-fold issue with my Smartsheet. I'm setting up workflow automation, and it's only allowing me to alert one type of contact. See below. I am trying to also add an alert for the registration member assigned to the project.
Additionally, I submitted a test form submission over an hour ago, and it's still not showing up on the sheet. How long does it usually take to populate?

Have a look at the bottom of the sheet to see if the row got added there.
Also, check the permission settings for the Workflow.

Hello, thank you for your quick response! You are right. The line did get added to the bottom of the sheet. Line 1104. How do I get form submissions to add to the next available line? In this case, I've only used Line 1, so I'd like the form to add in consecutive order.
I updated the workflow permissions to Unrestricted, but I am still only given the one option for alerts.

Try deleting all rows because they are probably "activated".
Can you maybe share some screenshots of the alert? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

This is the screenshot for the alert I'm trying to create. Where it says send to contacts in a cell, it's only showing the one column as an option.
Also, can you please tell me why this field is showing up like this? instead of regular text?

The Registration column doesn't look like a Contact Column (or maybe it's a multi-select?), but a Drop Down list type column, which is why it looks like it does and why you can select it in the Workflow.
Was that the issue?

So the reg column is a multi-dropdown and not a Contact column! That fixed it! Thank you!
