Can we break automations into minutes, not hours?

Hello,

why isn't possible to create a workflow based on a specific time of the day i.e. 5:05pm instead of having to do it right on the hour every hour? I have created a perfect worksheet for my department that sends out an update every day at a certain time and then an hour later, it moves completed rows to a different sheet. it would be nice to be able to move those rows only 5 minutes after the update so that the next shift doesn't have to work with all that extra unnecessary information still on the sheet for another whole hour.

Hope you are fine, unfortunately the workflow actions are allowed only each hour but you can play around by designing a formula to check a checkbox helper column for example when the update finished then you can design a workflow to move the rows when the checkbox is checked.

Can you describe your process in more detail because there might be a possible Workaround and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots?
