Hi We would like to develop this white board plan into smart sheet so we can access it any where

we would "move" cells around as their progress ect changes ect - employees changing teams - vehicles moving from project or project

Any ideas or templates out there that we could use

The closest way I could think to visualize this in Smartsheet would be to use the Card View. This way you can drag-and-drop your cards into different "lanes" as they progress. There's a webinar on Sheet Views, here, to help you get started.
