Approval Workflow with Attachment in Response
I'd like to design an approval workflow wherein I need to automatically attach the same PDF file in all of my Approved Response email. Would that be possible? or my only option is to include a download link from Onedrive or Googledrive in the response so the recipients can get the PDF file?

If the Row that is to be Approved has a file attached to it, this is included as a downloadable link within the Approval Form sent. In the case that you are unable to attach the file to the Row, as mentioned, including a link in the Custom Message to an Online Cloud Storage would be an alternative solution.

Thank you @Jaykel Torres . The row would not be containing the file, it will be the same file that will be sent back if approved. Yes, thinking also of storing it in a cloud like OneDrive so that I'll have the link indicated instead of the file itself in my default approval message so they can access it. Thank you! :)
