Filter tables based on dropdown menu selection

Hi all. I've been tasked with mapping some data key connections between a large number of tables. I am looking for a way to display only the tables that match criteria from a single-select dropdown menu. Some pictures are below to illustrate what I'm looking for.

Here's what the raw tables look like. They are laid out like this, one after the other, for around 70 separate tables.

I have a dropdown list that lists all of the possible Column Names, and I'd like to be able to filter the tables above based on this dropdown.

My goal would be to select an option from this dropdown, then have ONLY the tables with that associated key filtered to be visible. So, if I want to know which tables use the ABSENT_DAYS key, I would select that from the dropdown, and every table without that key would be hidden, showing only the tables that use it.

I hope this makes sense. Please let me know how I can clarify further and thank you in advance for your time.
