Error with Form entries

Some has experience a issue with this type of errors in entries submitted in Smartsheet forms:

It seems it something about formulas in the Smartsheet source but, we don't have formulas in every Column:

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Do you have a lot of sheets with many references to other sheets?
