Why user getting unexpected error during single sign-on after MAC BigSur upgrade?

We have tried the following:

• Have cleared cookies
• Using Google Chrome
• Have logged out and back in
• Was able to log in fine before MAC BigSur upgrade

I don't think it has anything to do with the upgrade.

Have you also tested in another browser and Incognito/private mode? Any difference?
