How to set up a RAG column which displays results as colours

Hello,

I'm currently trying to create a RAG column that will auto-populate dependent on the project variance value. I would also like to display a grey dot if the column hasn't yet been populated.

Can anyone help me out with how to create this please?

How would you want it to populate?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
