Status Formula

Hi all,

I am struggling to create a formula that works and wonder if you can help me….

 

Duration Equal to or Less than 0, Gray.

Duration Greater than 0 but “Email Sent” & “Return Old Device” unchecked, Yellow.

Duration Greater than 20 but “Email Sent & “Return Old Device” unchecked, Red.

Duration Greater than 0 and “Email Sent” & “Return Old Device” is checked, Green.

I want gray to mean not started, yellow in progress, red overdue, and green complete. If that makes sense. Thanks in advance for your help.

IF(Duration@row <= 0, "Gray", 
IF(AND([Email Sent]@row = 0, [Return Old Device]@row = 0, Duration@row > 20), "Red", 
IF(AND([Email Sent]@row = 0, [Return Old Device]@row = 0, Duration@row > 0), "Yellow", 
IF(AND([Email Sent]@row = 1, [Return Old Device]@row = 1, Duration@row > 0), "Green")))))
