Date formula / duration question

Hi there,

I have a Start Date column, an End Date Column, and a Duration (days) column.

When the Start Date column is populated, I'd like for the Duration (days) column to count the number of days between start date until today. Only once the End Date column is populated, would I like for the Duration (days) column to lock the number of days and stop counting based on today's date.

Try something like this...

=IF([End Date]@row = "", TODAY(), [End Date]@row) - [Start Date]@row
