How do i make the form labels or help text visible in an email workflow?

Currently, it only shows the column name, which the char length is restricted and i need to show lines of text for the approver.

How would i do this?

Hi Andree

Thanks for your reply. I have used them alot on other areas, however for this the form is used for reviewing purposes, so the reviewer needs to be able to see the label or help text which contains the requirements of the question which is the name of the column.

Is there any way the label or help text can be visible via a workflow, as it currently only shows the column name?

Yes, but you'd need to add so-called helper columns that include the text on each row.
