Avoid Overbooking a Training Resource

Hello,

I'm looking for others who are using Smartsheet to manage their company's learning and development department. I manage a small training team that currently uses Smartsheet to schedule training. I am looking for a solution that will alert me when I am scheduling a facilitator that is already booked to teach a class or is scheduled for PTO. Does anyone have any solutions/suggestions you're willing to share?

I'm fairly new to Smartsheet so any assistance would be appreciated.
