How to archive a Project?

I wanted to work on project archiving, I went through Help article. however cannot find project setting page itself. Kindly advise

Control Center is a premium add-on, so it's not included in Smartsheet. To use the Archive feature, you would first have to set up a Blueprint in Control Center.

There is an automated archive feature, but it's available in the premium app, Control Center.

Another option would be to move the project/folder to another so-called Archive Workspace.
