Help w/change value to specific date

Hi team - I'm experimenting with the change value function.

I have a simple sheet that has these columns:

What I would like to do is when the Verified column is checked then the Date verified changes to the date that the box was checked.

I could not get those options to show up when generating the workflow for this.

Is this possible?

Missed that option in the automation options when trying to jam a square peg into a round hole. :-)
