Reporting a Change to Dates

I am would like to send out a notification when a due date has change that has what the date was and the new date.

Example

The Timing has changed for Job # J00342-T0001-01-Bar Light-Plug-1st-Project Name-Prep & Ship

Ship as changed from:

Ship Date-09/06/19

Ship as changed to:

Ship Date-09/06/24

What would be the best way to do this?
