I don't believe this is a base feature, but it is possible using the API, Data Shuttle, or 3rd party integration tools like Zapier or AWS. If you have access through your plan, the easiest way is probably data shuttle.

Here's a link to the help article on Data Offboarding using Data Shuttle. It probably wouldn't be feasible to do a truly real-time solution but it could easily allow you to update multiple times a day.

Thank you @Adrian Backus! Unfortunately, the organization I work for doesn't allow the download of these sorts of tools, so I am trying to find the script that links Smartsheet data to the google apps script, but I am having trouble finding it.
