Can I display a field in the form based on 2 criteria?

I want to display a field if 2 fields are selected. Here's the use case.

Field 1 : Year

2021,2022,2023

Field 2 : Department

IT,Finance, HR

Field to display - 2021 Finance Budget but only if 2021 AND Finance are selected.

Hope you are fine, Unfortunately, this feature is not currently available. it's a good idea and you can submit Smartsheet Product Enhancement Requests using this form.
