PO and invoice From Smartsheet

I have an urgent problem. Hope to get an answer soon

I am planning to buy Smartsheet license. My company's payment process is to have PO and invoice before paying? Can I get the PO and invoice from Smartsheet before payment?

but I don't understand the order of what I need to do?

Currently, the immediate need of my company is to buy 15 business accounts within 3 months. So please guide me how to get invoice from Smartsheet.
