I thought I applied a formula I saw on here (thank you Paul Newsome) to my situation but am getting an #UNPARSEABLE error with this formula:
=AVG(COLLECT(([Discovery/Planning Time]:[ Discovery/Planning Time], [IT Functional Team Owner]:[ IT Functional Team Owner], "Data Analytics & BI"))
I'm want the average of Discovery/Planning Time column when the IT Functional Team Owner is Data Analytics & BI. I wouldn't think it should matter but in case it does, the column formula on Discovery/Planning Time is Kick Off Date - Initiation Date.
What am I missing, please? Thank you!
