Create portfolio rollup across multiple workspaces?

I'm using separate workspaces for each project because I need to restrict access and you can only restrict access at the workspace level, as I understand it.

But I also need to create a portfolio rollup like you can using the Project Management Office template set.

Is there a way to create portfolio rollup across multiple workspaces?

You can do a manual version as well, but you'd need to either use cross-sheet formulas or cell-linking to collect it to a so-called Master Metrics Sheet or/and use Reports that reference the project sheets/Workspaces.

Thanks for your answer! We're not quite ready to purchase the Control Center yet...still working on a proof of a concept.
