As the owner of a marketig consulting business I need to track many projects that come in to my business via a variety of methods (email, teams, text message, IM). I am looking for a best practice or an idea how I can use SmartSheets, or a template to quickly log a project when I receive it, and then assign to other users.

I'd recommend creating a so-called Intake Process and then have that connected to a template project structure.

Make sense?

There are Templates/Template Sets in the Smartsheet Solution Center that could be an excellent starting point.

There is one called Project Intake Template Set.
