Can I export, download or create a report that contains the labels and helptext in forms?

I use forms a lot in smartsheet. The column name is too short so I use the label for each question. Is there a way to export or download that information? Currently I spend a lot of time copy and pasting this info into a separate sheet.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
