I don't see my badge - how do I get it?
I completed the Smartsheet foundations and passed the quiz but I don't see my badge anywhere on my profile. How do I get it?

Hi @Andrée Starå,
I completed my Core App Skills badge in December 2021. It's September 2022 now, and the badge is still not appearing on my profile. I've just submitted my second support case in hopes of getting this resolved. My first support case went unanswered. Any suggestions?

Our Community Team is working diligently on connecting our third party badging system, Credly with our Community Platform.
With that being said, the Core App Skills badge is not available at this time until we have established the integration between the two systems.
I appreciate your patience and we'll be sure to have an update on the Core App Skills badge as well as other applicable eLearning badges that will be applied to our Community Members profiles soon.
