please explain Smartsheet Editor-cannot share or editor-can share ?

if share sheet as a Editor cannot share then can be end user edit data information .?

Both can edit sheets, but the "Editor - Cannot Share" is unable to share the sheet to other users whereas the "Editor - Can Share" can share the sheet to other users.
