Is it possible to create an additional list of symbols? Need to add ORANGE below.

That did it, I had no idea you just put in the "icons", I was under the impression that it had to align with the cell properties such as "status". Thank you very much for the prompt support!

Excellent!

I'd love to second that, or at least request the ability to customize a set from the index of symbols that exist. That would be nice.

Hi @Wind guy
I hope you're well and safe!
You can use other symbols by using UNICHAR, CHAR, or Emojis.

A great resource that Paul Newcome put together
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Thanks for the support. If I am understanding correctly, I do not think CHAR will work as this is one of multiple versions of a sheet that all report into one dashboard, each sheet used by different personnel on diff computers so characters may vary.
For UNICHAR can you give an example of Fx based on the following:
=IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Delayed", "Red", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Awaiting Stakeholder", "Orange", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Not Started", "Yellow", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "In Progress", "Green", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Complete", "Blue")))))
Thanks in advance!

Happy to help!
Try something like this.
=IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Delayed", "🔴", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Awaiting Stakeholder", "🟠", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Not Started", "🟡", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "In Progress", "🟢", IF([Weekly Status Update]@row = "Complete", "🔵")))))
Did that work/help?

Maybe this would be helpful or maybe not, but here is what i did
I used the links below to make my own drop-down symbols (I replace the emoji code name in the formulas if used in place of Harvey balls). I tested them in formulas (some work, some do not) and now use in our sheets.
Here are a few images to show you them in action. Not sure if this is what you're after, though...
