How to set a hard deadline and work backwards in Gantt chart

Hello,

I am trying to set a hard dare deadline and estimate how long before I need to have all the steps ready , found the hard deadline template but I don't have any luck using it.

how can I create backward dependences?

Hi @Irene C,

When you set up your predecessors, you can use FS for Finish-to-Start, or SS for Start-to-Start. If you use the deadline row as your dependency, you can work backward from there.
