Auto trigger workflow (after file upload to Smartsheet)

Hi Smartsheet community

Process:

1) Excel file uploaded to Smartsheet

2) auto trigger workflow to check if "column_name" contains "Expired"

3) if "column_name" contains "Expired" then send email to "Employee_Email"
