Request tracker template: Close requests

Hello,

I'm using a Smartsheet template for tracking request, with sheets + forms, metrics, report & dashboard displaying open requests.

However I can't seem to find where/how to close requests so that once they're no longer displayed on the dashboard.

It shouldn't show in the Dashboard as open when you've changed the Status to Closed in the Request tracker sheet.

Did that work?

Well, it does show them; I renamed the status field as implementation status, and renamed closed to done.

I reversed the change (from done to closed) to no avail, the requests still appear as open in the dashboard.

I guess it's a matter of adding a condition or formula, but where am I supposed to put it; In the Open report or in the Metrics sheet?

Did you only change it in the sheet?
