INDEX MATCH working on one sheet but not another

I have set up an example sheet with an index match formula that looks up an invoice to see if it appears on another sheet. If it doesn't it will bring back the value "New". This formula is working on the example sheet but when it is copied to the master sheet, it doesn't work . See screen shot:

Where the blank cells in New Invoice Helper column are, we are expecting a value of "New" to be returned as per the example sheet.

It seems to me that the INDEX/MATCH is in fact matching on the Debtor Invoice ID. Have you double checked the source sheet to see if those IDs are present?

So, they aren't there on the source sheet so, we would expect a "New" to be returned. Basically we want to identify new invoices comparing the Existing sheet {Aged Debt 1} to the source sheet where the formula sits.

I see the problem. Sorry for missing it the first time. The range for the MATCH function should be pointing at the other sheet as well.
