Receive approval over email for Approval workflow

Hi Community,

I have built and approval workflow and can see it working on the sheet, app and by clicking the link in the email. I have been asked by the approvers to also make it possible to just reply to the email with "Approved" to log the approval but can see how you can make this work. Is approvals different to comment emails that when you reply they dont go into the sheet?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now because the email is sent to the request, and there isn't a feature to mail to Smartsheet in that way, but it's an excellent idea!
