    Not sure if the allocated column can have a formula, but to be honest, if its in the pipeline I am willing to wait. I would prefer it if I didn't have to hack each sheet to do something that should be native.

    Steve and Oliver, the following formula can be added to a Text/Number column and will display the number of hours the corresponding Allocation % is representing. This formula assumes you are working an 8 hour workday but you can adjust this if your workdays are longer or shorter:

     

    =[Allocation %]1 / 1 * 8

    Agreed re: allocating 1 resource per task.  I hope this feature can be added in the future.  For now, we are using indented, duplicate rows in our sheets for each resource need.
