Parent Row Formula Disappears

I have the following formula on the parent rows in my sheet that I use to track allocation percentage based on status of projects/non-project assignments however when I navigate off of the sheet, the formula disappears from every parent row. Based on the audit history, the last person to update the sheet shows as updating the cells to blank but they didn't. What's happening and how do I stop this from occurring?

=SUMIFS(CHILDREN(), CHILDREN(Status@row), <>"Complete", CHILDREN(Status@row), <>"Canceled", CHILDREN(Status@row), <>"On Hold")

@Andrée Starå I've shared a copy of the sheet to you (Copy o f PA Team Resource Tracking). I want the sum of the % Allocated to show in the parent row % Allocated cell. I'll use this to create reports and potential dashboard(s) for resource allocation on our team. There are other managers wanting to do similar things on their own sheets for their respective teams.
