Is there a way to analyze smartsheet usage?

I developed a workspace with various dahsboards, sheets, reports, etc. I know I can look at the activity log and filter by type of activity but is there another way to analyze how the tools are being utilized?

There is a premium add-on, Event Reporting, that can provide you with much more information. Is that an option?
