(Count if) And & Or

I need a formula that will count the number of rows with High priority and are New OR Open. I cannot figure this out, so any help is appreciated!

@JKremer Here is my solution to a similar challenge:

I find AND and OR tricky. In this case, instead of OR, I just add two similar CountIFS statements because I know they are exclusive.
