Are you using this Template Set?

If so, the link above should have a step-by-step guide for what's included in the template set and how you can update it. Would you mind letting us know what part you're getting stuck at? Is it the Intake Sheet you're wondering about?

Yes it is the Intake Sheet. I have all of my projects showing on the Project Intake Sheet but they are not showing on the Metadata Sheet

Hi @tbeth002

The first thing you need to do is create a copy of the Project Level folder for each individual project, or each row of your Intake Sheet.

Then in the Project Metadata sheet, you should only need to update the one cell, the Project ID cell, to have it bring in the data from the Intake sheet.

So if this is the intake sheet, grab the data in the cell I've made yellow, the Project ID:

Then paste that ID into the Metadata sheet for that specific project. This will update all the other cells with the formula to bring in the correct data:
