Help with an IF AND formula

I should be getting better at figuring out the punctuation on these formulas. Can someone see what I am doing wrong here? If Arch review is completed, answer is 0. If Arch Review is Pending, than answer is 8 for 2 or less servers and 16 for 3 or more servers:

Try this...

=IF([Architecture Review Provided]@row = "Complete", 0, IF([Total Number of Servers]@row<= 2, 8, 16))
