Can we auto populate a field from an excel file information?

I want my form to auto pull the information in one field basis the Unique Identification Number - for example the employee ID which is in an excel sheet.

The Data Shuttle add-on can sync information from Excel and Smartsheet based on a unique ID. You can find information on Data Shuttle here and here.

Thanks @Genevieve P. I checked but my plan doesn't allow me to add the Data Shuttle add-in.
